WWI blasting caps found among French potatoes

Blasting caps believed to be from the First World War were found among potatoes imported from Normandy, in Dunaegyháza, Bács county, the army bomb disposal regiment announced on Monday.

Maj. Viktor Kovács, chief of training for bomb disposal experts, said the devices were British-made.

Bomb disposal experts took them away for eventual destruction.
