Klasszis Média’s portfolio includes news websites Mfor, Privátbankár and Piac&Profit, the latter acquired from the Demcsák family in 2019. The group is also active in the events and conference market. Following the change in ownership, Ács, who founded Privátbankár in 2000, will remain with the group as CEO. Komáromi, a veteran of the Hungarian media market for more than two decades, said the acquisition was strategically important, enabling closer co-operation and the realisation of synergies between Trend FM and the media group.
