CIB first to offer Swatch Pay
CIB bank has rolled out the Fidesmo Pay platform in Hungary, bringing Swatch Pay to its customers, alongside Garmin Pay and Xiaomi Pay, which have been available since November 20, the bank announced.
Swatch watches equipped with NFC (near-field communication) can be used for payments without charging, as they contain neither batteries nor accumulators – the terminal powers the transaction.
A PIN code is required for purchases above Ft 15,000.
