This will be part of a strategic partnership between the luxury hotel and Gordon Ramsay Restaurants Global. The Budapest Bar & Grill will combine premium-quality, locally sourced ingredients, with the Scottish chef’s modern international style. The official announcement quoted Ramsay saying he was thrilled to join Budapest’s wonderful culinary scene, praising the city’s architecture and rich gastronomic heritage. Ramsay’s restaurant group operates over 30 establishments in the UK and more than 60 worldwide. The group holds a total of eight Michelin stars, including three for its flagship eatery in London.
