This raises the number of legal online casinos in Hungary to four, along with grandcasino.hu, kaszino.hu (formerly vipcasino.hu) and vegas.hu. The organiser of the new site xcasino.hu is LVC Diamond, which operates all five Budapest casinos and two other online platforms. According to Forbes, its indirect owners are businessman István Garancsi and political strategist Árpád Habony. Habony joined the firm three years ago, after the former minority owner, Kristóf Szalay-Bobrovniczky, sold his stake when he was appointed defence minister, HVG adds.
