According to the regulator, the company has probably misled consumers by obscuring important information about price differences, promoting fictitious savings, and publishing potentially deceptive claims regarding product demand and stock levels. Since September 1, 2024, the company has allegedly failed to disclose that the prices of certain items may vary between its website, mobile app, and physical stores, an omission the GVH considers materially significant for consumer decisions.
