The actual figure may reach Ft 998.9 per share, as the bank will distribute among shareholders the dividends on treasury shares. The dividend fund totals Ft 270 billion, according to documents submitted on the BSE website. OTP booked a record Ft 1.1 trillion in consolidated after-tax profit in 2024. Dividend payouts will commence on June 2, in line with the procedures set out in the company’s articles of association. The payout equates to around a 4% dividend yield, which is relatively low compared to its peers in the region, Portfolio adds.
