Renovations will disrupt airport

Liszt Ferenc International Airport is undergoing renovations until June, requiring passengers to arrive 2.5 hours before departure due to tighter parking regulations starting today.

During the renovations, vehicles will not be allowed on the upper departure level, and the boarding area on the lower arrival level will be reduced.

The 100E airport bus will relocate to the outer curve of the arrivals level but will continue to depart to the city centre from its current location. Buses not operated by the BKK must use the bus terminal instead of the departure level.

While all airport car parks remain open, travellers are encouraged to use the Terminal Car Park (green signs) and City Break Car Park (purple signs), both offering 5 minutes of free parking twice a day.

Disabled parking will remain available on the lower arrivals level.
