The Art Deco structure at Szentkirályi utca 8, built in 1928, was converted into an office building in 1996 and may reopen in the summer as a 94-room hotel. The building is owned by You Are Hungary, a project company founded in December 2021, owned by You Hungarian Urban Projects, a company registered in Paris, website 24 reported in 2023.
