Shopping malls coming and going
The Duna Plaza shopping mall, owned by developer Indotek, will close next year for renovation and expansion, and is scheduled to reopen in 2028 with 50,000 square metres, Portfolio reports.
Another important investment by the Indotek Group, Alba Plaza, is also due to be completed in three years.
In addition, an 11,000 square metre shopping centre called Zenit Corso will open in October of this year as part of an investment project in the 14th District.
