OTP lists East European fund on BSE



OTP launched its East European blue-chip Exchange Traded Fund (ETF) on the Budapest Stock Exchange on Monday.

The fund follows the Cetop NTR index and contains the largest capitalisation and frequently traded blue-chip stocks in Croatia, Slovenia, the Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia, Hungary and Romania.

The Hungarian stocks involved are MOL, OTP and Richter.

“Today, Eastern Europe is one of the most dynamically developing regions in the world, with significant growth potential, which can be an exciting opportunity for all investors,” Gábor Fazekas, director of OTP Global Markets said regarding the fund.
