The company will evaluate the results of the pilot project in June. The experiment affects only about 20% of the total workforce, who work eight and a half hours a day from Monday to Thursday, while receiving their full salary. Magyar Telekom also experimented with the four-day workweek, but ultimately chose not to adopt it.
