CPI plans two hotels in Budapest



Czech property developer CPI will open two new hotels in Budapest by transforming and renovating two buildings in the Fifth District, Portfolio learned.

As an owner of the building, CPI will fully modernise the Starlight Suites Hotel on Mérleg utca in central Pest.

The renewed hotel will open as part of the Mamaison chain in the summer of 2020.

An adjacent building will be transformed to a 99-room three-star hotel, which will open under the Comfort brand of the Choice Hotels chain in January 2021.

Both construction projects are being carried out by EBH Invest.
