E.ON won’t cut off non-payers

E.ON will not switch off its supply to non-paying household customers during the holidays between December 14 and January 6, the local subsidiary of the German electricity distributor announced on Friday.

E.ON has not cut off consumers with payments overdue more than 63 days each year since 2010.

The company supplies electricity to 2.5 million retail consumers in Hungary.
