Aldi to hire retail space from Mészáros

Appeninn Holding is leasing three of its retail properties to German low cost retail chain Aldi, the property company controlled by Lőrinc Mészáros announced on the Budapest Stock Exchange website.

Aldi is refurbishing an existing Appeninn property in Miskolc, before moving in.

In the other two cases, Appeninn is building new facilities in Biatorbágy and Eger designed to be rented to Aldi.

Appeninn has already purchased 18 Spar outlet premises and leases them back to the Dutch retail chain.
