Cross-border shared bicycle system

Esztergom and Stúrovo in Slovakia will develop a common community bicycle system, Hungarian-language Slovak daily Új Szó has learned.

Six bicycle depot stations will be established in Stúrovo and eight in Esztergom.

A fleet of 105 bicycles, 45 of them electric, will be available for users in the two cities linked by a bridge over the Danube.

The vehicles will be GPS tracked by controllers.
