Kövér opens exhibition in Moscow

This year more than 600,000 tourists will visit Parliament and those requiring guided Russian tours will in all certainty exceed 20,000, Speaker László Kövér said when he opened an exhibition on the Hungarian Parliament in Moscow’s Susev Architectural History Museum on Thursday.

He said the Hungarian Parliament is the world’s 14th, and the seventh most attractive tourist sight in Europe.

He said he hopes that the exhibition in Moscow will further bilateral cultural and tourist ties and mutual respect between the two peoples.

Welcome speeches were also delivered by State Duma deputy Speaker Irina Jarovaya and Russian deputy Culture Minister Vladimir Aristarhov.
