Spéder sells news station InfoRádió

The company owned by the CEO of InfoRádió, Márton Módos, has taken 100% ownership in the news radio InfoRádió from CEMP-X Online, owned by Zoltán Spéder, it was announced yesterday.

No further details were released on the transaction which entered into force on Monday.

Módos, who has been in charge of operations of the radio station and its online edition from 2002 and 2006 respectively, also acquired full ownership of the company operating the online content.

InfoRádió airs on 88.1Mhz in Budapest and its 30km circumference.

InfoRádió won the SuperBrand award five times. Its motto is: ”objectivity is likeable”.
