Hungarians from Wuhan leave quarantine

The seven Hungarians who were quarantined 14 days ago after they returned home from Wuhan in China via France have been allowed to return to their homes.

János Szlávik, head of the infectious diseases unit at the South Pest Central Hospital, announced on Sunday that the six men and one woman were free from symptoms and complaints during their hospital quarantine, and their laboratory tests did not present any worrisome results.

The virus named Covid-19 by the World Health Organisation has affected more than 64,000 people worldwide.
