Sony to distribute new Nemes film

Sony Pictures Classics has bought the North American and Australian distribution rights to Sunset, the new film directed by Hungarian László Nemes, Variety magazine reports.

The world premiere of the movie takes place on Monday night at the Venice Film Festival. It will also be shown later this month at the Toronto Film Festival.

The film tells the story of a 20-year-old woman in Budapest before World War I.
