University of Debrecen to launch pilot training

The University of Debrecen is looking to commission an organisation to run its English-language pilot training course, according to the public procurement gazette Közbeszerzési Értesítő.

The winning organisation must conduct theoretical teaching in Debrecen and transport students to the site of practical training.

The pilot training course will last for four years, including 750 hours of classroom lessons and 200 hours of practical training.

Students should have an option to choose from a Boeing 737-800 or an Airbus 320 for simulation training.

In assessing bids, the university assigns a 70% weight to the price of the bid and 30% to the experience of the teachers. Bids must be filed by August 24.
