OTP chairman-CEO Sándor Csányi was elected Hungarian Football Association president at a meeting held at the body’s Telki training centre Tuesday. Of the association’s 107 delegates, 89 attended and all 82 of those who voted backed the entrepreneur.
Csányi announced that Sándor Berzi will be his vice-president and international director. The 57-year-old said a decision on who will coach Hungary’s national team will be made at the next meeting of the executive. He will meet present manager Erwin Koeman this week.
